In response to the Covid-19 virus outbreak and to help slow the spread of the virus, the Punxsutawney Weather Discovery Center will close to the general public beginning Monday, March 16 and continuing through Saturday, March 28.
Group tours scheduled during this time will be contacted individually to discuss their wishes.
3/18/20: UPDATE for SCOUTS – The Boy Scout Weather Merit Badge program scheduled for March 21 is cancelled with the intent to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
The Weird But True Weather program scheduled for March 28 is cancelled.
We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and will provide updates in this space as needed.
