On Saturday, November 18, the Punxsutawney Weather Discovery Center will hold the Scouts BSA Oceanography Merit Badge program from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Scouts can earn the Oceanography Merit Badge by attending this interactive program. Learning is through group presentation, technology and traditional book and paper. There are prerequisites for this program. Click here to view them.
