The Holly Tour, a long-standing holiday tradition in Punxsutawney, is Sunday, December 8 from 1-4 p.m. Tickets are now on sale at the Weather Discovery Center, Laska’s Pizza and the Chamber of Commerce.

The Holly Tour ticket holders visit local homes and churches to see them decorated in their holiday splendor. Refreshments are available at one or two of the locations. This year’s tour features the homes of John and Joy Burke, Ira and Connie Sunderland, Randy and Jacque Perry, and Dave and Kathy Neal. Three churches are included in the tour and they are Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Church, Hopewell United Methodist in Frostburg, and Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Trade City.

Ticket holders visit the locations in any order they choose, but are asked not to begin before 1 p.m. At the last location visited, ticket holders can leave their tickets to be eligible for basket giveaways.

Holly Tour tickets are $10 per person and available at the Weather Discovery Center, Laska’s Pizza, or the Chamber of Commerce.

Proceeds benefit the educational mission of the Weather Discovery Center.
