On Saturday, Oct. 22, the Punxsutawney Weather Discovery Center will hold the Scouts BSA Weather Merit Badge program from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Scouts can earn the Weather Prep Merit Badge by attending this interactive program. Learning is through group presentation, technology and traditional book and paper. No prerequisites; however a post requisite will be assigned for at home completion.
